Robert Ogłodziński-Kolman
Vice-Rector for New Technologies and Games. Since 2012, he has been active in the gaming industry, progressing from narrative designer to producer, manager and entrepreneur. He holds a degree in Journalism and postgraduate diplomas in Law, Economics and Management from the University of Warsaw. He also has over twenty years of experience in economic journalism. He began his gamedev career at CD Projekt Red, working on titles such as "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" and "Cyberpunk 2077". As a freelancer, he co-created numerous independent games, collaborating with studios including Varsaw Games, Walkabout Games, Polyamorous, Fuero Games and Warhound. He has also worked in consulting and investment within the games sector. He previously served as Head of Studio at Klabater, co-founded Longterm Games, Enjoy Studio and Rune Powered. He teaches game production, including at the Warsaw Film School.
GREG CIACH
Former CEO in PolyAmorous (with a published multi-platform game Paradise Lost), Director of Business Development in the game development division of Platige Image and General Manager of Amber Studios Poland-based office. Currently CEO in Second Chamber, a stock-traded company focused on development of AA games in Wanderer Adventure Game genre.
KAMILA DULSKA-MAKSARA
Lawyer, supporting the promotion of knowledge and building legal awareness among game developers at industry conferences and training. Co-founder and vice-president of the Gamedev Lawyers Association. Lecturer at the Warsaw Film School on copyright in games. Providing legal and business advisory services to various entities in the gamedev industry for novice developers, indies, small and medium development studios, and publishers. Specializes in copyright and commercial law, with particular emphasis on corporate governance and investor relations.
