"The Dreams of Lonely People" with an award in Thailand
The film "The Dreams of Lonely People" directed by Marek Leszczewski received the award for the Best Fiction Short Film at the BangkokThai International Film Festival.
BangkokThai International Film Festival takes place in Thailand's capital, Bangkok, which attracts thousands of people every year and is one of the most visited cities in the world. In the last edition over 1600 films were presented during the festival.

"The Dreams of Lonely People" was recently presented to the audience of the prestigious Oscar qualifying event - Raindance Film Festival. The film was shown in the Remarkable Encounters section. After the screening, The Rewievs Hub published a review of our production, which you can read HERE.
The film will soon be screened at the International Short Film Festival of Cyprus, a qualifying festival for the European Film Awards.

Marek Leszczewski he studied theatre and art history at the University of Łódź. He is a graduate of directing at the Warsaw Film School. His student short film 'Nuclear Shadows' has screened at over 60 international film festivals and received numerous awards. Besides, he has made many short films and music videos. He has experience working as a second director on feature films and TV series. He has visited nearly 30 countries. He has lived in Germany and Georgia. |
