AGATA KAPUŚCIŃSKA
Film Directing, 2nd year
A few words from the candidate:
"It's 2024. Yes, I know what you're saying. 2024? It's just been 2020!
How time flies, huh? As they say, be portrayed in work clothes, the one you would like to have, not the one you have.
My name is Agata Kapuścińska, and my life's ambition is to become the most famous Agata Kapuścińska in the history of WFS.
My ideas? Best of the best!
- presence and fighting at every local government assembly
- fighting for the causes of peasants and country women of the WFS
- fight for respect for dissenters
- fight for music in the late baroque style (also known as technobarracks)
Are you wondering why there is so much fighting?
Well, making films is a constant fight.
And if I'm fighting for films, I might as well fight for you."
ANASTASIIA SUSLOVETS
Film Directing and Video Games, 2nd year
A few words from the candidate:
"I am an international student from Ukraine who speaks Polish. I am interested in film, photography and art. I am also passionate about horse riding and animals. I am open to changes and communication to create something new and unique at this school.
Ideas:
- hangers
Especially in winter, the corridors of school surfers are littered with students' coats and clothes. So the only way to avoid this beautiful sight is to place hangers in designated places.
- film club
Creating a FILM CLUB for students is a good opportunity to find people to cooperate with and make friends. In addition, organizing evening meetings with students from all faculties to watch a "Friday movie" at the cinema and drink coffee together is a good way to have fun in good company.
- students' profile on Instagram
To observe student life at WFS, stay up to date with all updates, conduct student surveys and develop our school life.
NIKOLA ZARZYCKA
Film and Television Production, 1st year
A few words from the candidate:
"Hi, my name is Nikola Zarzycka, I've recently studied film editing, now I'm studying the organization of film production. I like creating skateboarding films as well as this sport itself. My latest work is a documentary about my younger sister - "Świstak". My whole life is focused on film production and skateboarding.
Ideas:
- organizing screenings of student films once a month
- every first Monday of the month = day of a specific color
- more meetings with people from the world of film
- more integration events
JAKUB PYCAK
Film directing, 2nd year
A few words about the candidate:
Philanthropist. Entrepreneur. Idealist. Dreamer. I had a dream. Politician. Chelsea London fan. Privately, he is the common-law husband of Gabriela Busiło and an unfulfilled guitarist.
Ideas:
- University Student Activity Movement
- I have no demands. You say that communication at school is mediocre. Let's improve communication between faculties and with the dean's office, let's always be informed.
- let's create an e-mail adress where complaints and grievances can be submitted anonymously.
- during the World Cup and EURO, displaying matches on a screen on the patio.
- we often need to film suddenly and need equipment - let's reach an agreement with the technical department for emergency rental of small orders
- material of election committee URSA
Jan Bąk supports the candidacy.
MARYNA SUSLOVETS
Film Directing and Video Games, 2nd year
A few words about the candidate:
International student from Ukraine who:
is actively learning Polish at the B2 level
has advanced skills in using Adobe Photoshop
is interested in photography, painting, obstacle jumping and the development of WFS.
Ideas:
- a place to eat
The school campus must address this basic human need, which is currently a problem, especially if students and faculty have classes from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. . And taking into account the internal and external space at the school, one of the best and most realistic solutions is to organize a food truck on the school premises, which could be open at certain hours with food already prepared in it.
- a place to rest
I think that the campus should have, to increase student comfort, more developed rest areas inside and outside the school.
*Speaking of outside, there could be a green lawn with loungers during the warm season.*
- survey
All current students and faculty should have the opportunity to be heard and a survey could be conducted for them on how to improve life at school. And by collecting answers and opinions, we would know what things we should pay attention to in the future.
PATRYCJA MATUSZEWSKA
Film Directing, 2nd year
A few words from the candidate:
"Hi, my name is Patrycja and I am running for a position in the student government of our university. I have been interested in film for as long as I can remember, and going to school was a dream, so I want to get involved in its life as much as possible. I believe that together we can change a lot for the better.
Ideas:
- opening a forum for students where everyone will be able to express their opinion on university life
- improving communication between students and administration"
