Our movies with screenings in Venice!
„Winter Bloom” directed by Ivan Krupenikov and „The Concubine” by Maks Michorczyk qualified for the official selection of the Ca' Foscari Short Film Festival in Italy.
Ca' Foscari Short Film Festival is organized by students under the guidance of film professors and professionals from the world of cinema. The result of the initiative is the International Competition open to film schools students from all over the world. The mission of the event is to disseminate achievements in the field of cinema and media through cooperation with international film schools and distributors. Every year, the jury of the festival includes cinema experts, directors and actors of international renown.
This year's edition of Ca' Foscari will be held on March 22-25 in Venice. On the first day of the festival at 8 PM in the Auditorium Santa Margherita, our post-apocalyptic vision of the future will be presented as part of the International Competition – „Winter Bloom” – directed by Ivan Krupenikov, with cinematography by Piotr Łukasiak.

Ca' Foscari also organizes the second competition section this year – „Giornate della Luce” – for which „The Concubine” directed by Maks Michorczyk, with cinematography by Nikodem Wiśnicki qualified. The competition in which our second film will be screened will take place as part of the Le Giornate della Luce festival in the city of Spilimbergo in the region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia from 3-11 June.

Congratulations to both qualified film crews and good luck in the competitions! Interestingly, both titles have already received awards at the same film festival – KinoGram. We hope that kind of luck will be on our side this time as well.

The world is destroyed by an ecological catastrophe. An old mercenary, experiencing severe health problems, looks for a way to retire and finally gets a job that would grant him that. A simple job of escorting a girl from A to B, will uncover a secret that will push our character to reexamine his perspective on the world.
