SUCCESSES

- Our productions got two Oscar nominations already: „Our Curse” in the Documentary Short Subject category and „The Dress” in the Live Action Short Film category.
- The director of „The Dress”, Tadeusz Łysiak, is now a member of The Academy. Moreover he recently was in the committee that selected this year's Polish candidate for the Oscar „EO” that eventually was nominated in the Best International Feature Film category.
- Our graduate, Natasza Parzymies, during her freshman year has created the viral web series „Control” – and won the hearts of millions of viewers around the world with it. Her creation went under the wings of the media giant Warner Bros. Discovery and run for a total of 4 seasons. Since then Natasza was placed on Variety's Young Hollywood Up Next Impact List, among the 50 names of the best young creators who have already made a huge impact on the entertainment industry.
- Our student films have been awarded and presented at many international & national film festivals including: Locarno, Karlovy Vary IFF, Camerimage, Kraków Film Festival, Tirana, Regard, Pointers, Aethetica, Flicker’s Rhode Island, Cleveland, Aspen, Palm Springs, Chicago, Hollyshorts, Odense, Heartland, Huesca, Bogo shorts, Bengaluru and many more . . .

CINEMATOGRAPHY & POST-PRODUCTION
Warsaw Film School has launched a unique, undergraduate BA Film and Multimedia course, which turned out to be very popular among foreign students. The innovative programme for our specialization in Cinematography and Post-production is based on knowledge and experience of world class multimedia specialists, as well as active filmmakers, creators.
FILM, TV PROGRAMMES & VIDEO GAMES DIRECTING
This program blends academic theory with practical skills to equip students with comprehensive knowledge they need to find a job in the competitive field of film and games industry. Students learn the professional skills necessary to become a filmmaker or game developer. Students will work on each others' productions with different crews, directors, cinematographers, actors, producers, game designers and receive practical experience that helps to prepare upon entering the film and video game industry.
