The best choice to make your dreams come true - Film academy Poland - Cinematography, filmmaking courses in Poland

Over 10,000 km between Warsaw and the Democratic Republic of Congo - that is how far one of our future students decided to travel to make it to the Warsaw Film School to study. And she is not the only one to travel that far to be a part of this new experience.

International Multimedia Creation Studies are being launched this year for the first time by the Warsaw Film School. It is a perfect choice for creative young talents.

Only this academic year 2017/2018 we offer free of charge Summer School, partial reimbursement of the tuition fee and accommodation.

We will host students from the USA, Lebanon, Honduras and Turkey among others and all this thanks to a brand new educational offer that prepares students, to work on both film set as well as on video games creation. This year we will not just start with regular classes in October.

- As part of our project we are launching for the first time in the history of this school a Summer Course, where all our future students will be able to get to know each other and exchange experiences. We have prepared a special program that will focus on the practical side of their future craft - says the International Studies Manager - Małgorzata Janczak.

The Summer Course starts on September 11th, will last three weeks and is free of charge, thanks to the European funding. Both film professors and students will stay in Jachranka near Warsaw. Special resort is located in greenery, yet close to civilization. It's perfect place for a filmmaking session, just near the Zegrze Reservoir.

We have significant experience in working with international students already. Veronica Andersson who's been our student for two years now, will present her student film at this year's  biggest Polish film festival in Gdynia. This is only to name one but we have more very talented international students states the Chancellor of the school - Mr Maciej Ślesicki.

One of the main teaching staff to guide our students through their educational path will be Mr Marek Brodzki - regular professor at the Warsaw Film School , faithful collaborator to late Polish helmer Andrzej Wajda, including his latest feature " Afterimage".
